| 摘 要： | 本文从深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育的新形势下对高校教师的新要求出发,简述了高校教师所应具备的六种基本素质以及岗前培训对教师素质培养和提高的重要性,同时,也对改进教师岗前培训管理工作谈了几点看法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce the six sides of qualitye duc at ion and the import of cultivation and advance of the diathesis,from the new req uest of deepen education reform,index that the trainging before taking teaching position is a part and parcel of the cultivation and advance of the diathesis .In the end of this paper,is talking about opinions of the train work form impro ving quality and qualitye ducation. |
