施工温度对纤维沥青混合料性能指标的影响规律研究

施工温度是沥青路面施工中控制质量的关键指标,也是室内试验室进行试验以及监督沥青混合料施工的主要依据。本文分析了纤维沥青混合料的拌和温度和压实温度对其马歇尔试验指标影响的规律性和敏感性,研究了纤维沥青混合料的最佳油石比与施工温度的相互关系,比较了与普通沥青混合料施工温度的差异,提出合理的纤维沥青混合料的拌和温度和压实温度以及施工中应注意的问题。

A Study on Influencing Law of Construction Temperature on Performance Index of Fiber Asphalt Mixture

Construction temperature is the crucial standard to control the quality of asphalt pavement.It is also the main criterion for laboratorial testing and supervises of the mixture of asphalt.The rule and sensitivity of the influence of mixing temperature and compacted temperature of fiber asphalt mixture upon Marshal experiment index are analyzed,the relationship between optimal asphalt aggregate ratio and construction temperature of the fiber asphalt mixture is studied.The difference of the fiber asphalt mixture and common asphalt mixture is compared,the appropriate mixing temperature and compacted temperature and the problems which should be paid attention to in the course of construction are presented.
