摘    要:岸边桥式起重机的拖令系统一般采用拖令小车带动拖令电缆的形式,有许多缺陷。介绍了基于滑触线传输动力和微波管道传输通讯信号的新拖令系统,着重介绍了新拖令系统的方案,紧停装置的设计和系统的安装及调试。新拖令系统具有传输稳定、可靠、维护工作量少等优点,值得推广使用。

Abstract:The drawing system of the shore based container crane usually is to drive the drawing cable by the drawing trolley, which has many shortcomings. This paper introduces a new drawing system which based on trans mission the power by the sliding touch line and transfering the communicating signal by microwave tunnel. Especially it introduces the plan of the new drawing system, the design of the emergent stopping unit and the installation and adjustment of the new system. The new drawing system has many merits,such as transfering smoothly and reliable, rcducing maintenana etc., so it is worthy of spreading.
