基于生态种群理论的虚拟企业创新平台研究

摘    要:为支持区域内企业的创新活动,方便企业之间的合作创新,构建虚拟企业创新平台是重要途径.在概括VEIP内涵与特征的基础上,针对VEIP与生态种群之间的相似性,分析了VEIP的种群特征,借鉴生态学中的Logistic增长模型,构建了单一创新群体的VEIP的成长模型.而对于有多个创新主体构成的VEIP,分析了不同创新主体之间的竞争和合作关系.研究发现,为实现VEIP的良性运转,VEIP要保持与外界的物质交流和信息交流,形成开放的生态系统;创新主体需要保持一定的差异性,形成功能完善的分工协作网络,使创新主体之间竞争与合作共存.

Abstract:In order to support the innovative activities of enterprises and facilitate the cooperative innovation between different enterprises,construction of virtual enterprise innovation platform(VEIP) is one of the most important approaches.The concept and characteristics of VEIP are first generalized,and then,on the basis of comparability between VEIP and ecological species,the ecological characteristics of VEIP is fully analyzed.By using the Logistic Model in ecology for reference,the developing model of VEIP constituted by single innovation colony is formulated.To the VEIP constituted by different innovation colonies,the relation of competing and cooperating between different innovation colonies are also analyzed.Finally,some findings can be resulted,in order to keep the sound operation of VEIP,VEIP need communicate with external environment in materials and information and then form an open ecological system;and the innovation participants should be different in some extent to form cooperative network.That is to say,the cooperation,competition and openness are the basic foundation of the operation and development of VEIP.
