不同截面形状铝合金薄壁结构的轴向吸能特性研究

摘    要:在引入了几何等效结构概念的基础上,采用LS-DYNA软件对截面形状不同的几何等效结构在轴向载荷作用下的变形进行了模拟分析,并对建模方法进行了试验验证。结果表明,铝合金薄壁管的比吸能是同类截面形式的低碳钢管的2~3倍;六边形铝合金型材的初始峰值载荷低,折叠长度均匀一致,变形模式比方管和圆管稳定,是一种变形稳定、可控性好的吸能元件,适用于铝合金空间框架车身的结构设计。

Abstract:On the basis of introducing geometry equivalent structure concept,apply LS-DYNA software to simulate and analyze the deformation in the axial load of geometry equivalent structure with different section shape,and verify the method of model building.The results show that the specific energy-absorbing of aluminum alloy thin wall pipe is 2-3 times of that of the low carbon pipe with have the same section shape;the initial peak value load of the hexagonal aluminum alloy sectional material is low,the length of fold is identical,and the deformation mode is more stable than square and circular pipe,so the hexagonal aluminum alloy sectional material is a kind of good energy-absorbing component and can apply to the structure design of aluminum alloy space frame body.
