克山病病区粮喂养大白鼠的免疫学实验研究

摘    要:本文报道了采用~3H—胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H—TdR)掺入法及酸性α—醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色法分别检测了各组大白鼠的淋巴细胞转化率和T淋巴细胞计数,用聚乙二醇(PEG)沉淀法检测了各组的循环免疫复合物(CIC),同时测定了各组的肝硒含量,结果表明,病区粮组的淋转率明显低于非病区粮组(P<0.02);病区粮加硒组和病区组相比有所提高:但不明显(P>0.2);病区粮组和加硒粮组的T淋巴细胞计数均低于非病区粮组(P<0.005)。病区粮组CIC及肝硒含量均低于其他两组(P<0.02),提示:病区粮因素可导致大白鼠的细胞免疫功能降低,病区粮加硒并不能完全纠正病区粮中的影响因素。

Abstract:The peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate and the T lymphocyte count were idetermined by using a ~3H-TdR Premcation test and an acid alpha-naphthyl acetate esterse stain ng in rats fed grain from the Keshan disease (KD) area, the same grain supplemented withselenite and that from the non-KD area respectively. A PEG precipitation method was used to detect circulation immune complexes (CIC) in each rat, and the hepatic Se content was determined in all groups. The lymphocyte transformation rate was significantly lower in the group of the KD area grain than in the non-KD area grain group; the group of the KD area grain supplemented with selenite showed a higher value than the KD area grain group, with no signifficant differnce(p>0.2).The lymphocyte counts of the KD area grain group and the group of the KD area grain supplemented with Se were lower than that of the non-KD area grain group, and the CIC level and the hepatic Se content were much lower in the group of the KD area grain than in the other groups (p<0.01). The results indicate that the grain from the KD area may result in a lower immune function in rats and that the KD area grain supplemented with Se cannot fully correct the effects of the KD area grain.
