| Abstract: | The article analyzes various problems for the subsistence in the enterprise humane management, puts forward the countermeasures for the innovation humane management. And the conclusion is that the humane management is the ultimate management for trying for the full and free development of the human, is the coordination of a relation and action of the human with an enterprise, and is the reforger of the human, substance and information management for the modern managers. |
