对水泥稳定碎石下砾石砂做垫层的探究

通过工程实践,以质量检验过程中钻芯取样的合格与否对"砾石砂"这种松散型材料做水泥稳定碎石垫层的不利因素进行分析和探究,从而得出结论:砾石砂做垫层,对以粗粒式级配料构成的粉煤灰三渣基层比较适用,而对密实度高、表面比较平整、以细粒式级配料构成的水泥稳定碎石基层不太适用。松散材料砾石砂做垫层不利于碾压密实,而密级配材料如灰土、二灰土、粉煤灰、固化土等则相对比较适合。文章还对常规基层材料粉煤灰三渣和水泥稳定碎石的不同点做了分析对比,以充分的理由对不同的道路基层和垫层选择做了论述。

Discussion and Study of Sand-gravel Cushion under Cement Stabilized Macadam

According to the engineering practices,the article analyzes and discusses the unfavorable factors of drill core sampling qualified or not in the quality inspection process for this loose material of"sand gravel" to be used as the cement stabilized macadam cushion.The given conclusion shows that the sand gravel used as the cushion is more suitable for the coarse-grained materials of fly ash,lime and crushed stone base,but is not more suitable for the high-density,more smooth-surface granule materials of cement stabilized macadam base.The loose material of sand gravel used as cushion is hard to roll,but the dense-graded materials,i.e.lime soil,lime fly-ash soil,fly ash,solidified soil and etc.are relatively more suitable.The article analyzes and compares the differences between the conventional base materials of three-slag fly ash,lime and crushed stone,and the cement stabilized macadam,and discusses the different selections of road base and cushion by the full reasons.
