摘    要:压实质量是高填方工程成败的关键。冲击压实技术兼具有多种碾压效果和较大的击实功,可在一定程度上改良填料的级配,增加高填体密实度,大幅减小高填体的工后蠕变变形。对某山区机场爆破碎石填料的冲击压实处理进行了试验研究,在对碎石填料试验分析的基础上,按施工参数进行冲压沉降量、干密度现场试验,并详细分析了冲压后颗粒级配的改良和干密度的增加。由此,确定了合理的冲压施工参数,在工程应用中取得成功。

Abstract:The quality of compaction for high-filling areas is studied by use of impacting compaction to improve particle-size distribution of broken stone, the compaction effect, and reduce deformation of high-filling. Test study on broken stone treatment is also presented. The filling of broken stone, the subsidence observation, the dry density and the filling after impacting compaction are analyzed. Thus, the reasonable working parameter and working technique are defined based on detailed test analysis. The compacting effect and its economic benefit are discussed.
