| 摘 要： | 本文以高速铁路的发展对铁路企业员工培训提出更高要求为背景,分析了高速铁路运营人员培训管理系统的需求、设计思想和目标,并对该系统进行了设计与实现.通过该系统实现高速铁路运营人员培训工作的网络化和信息化管理并为决策者提供良好的数据依据.

| Abstract: | This paper taken the development of high-speed railway enterprise staff training higher requirements as the background, analyzed the requirements, design ideas and goals of Training Management System for high-speed railway operation workers. The System was designed and implemented. Networking and information based management could be implemented by this System. It provided decision makers with good data. |
