沥青混合料温度离析对路面性能的影响

摘    要:通过现场检测和室内试验,分析现场温度变化规律,温度与沥青混合料密度、空隙率关系.试验结果表明,温度离析是施工过程中普遍存在的现象,温度离析严重的区域密度小,空隙率大,容易导致路面出现水损害和疲劳破坏,红外线温度记录仪与具有金属探针的插入式温度计结合使用,可以比较全面地分析路面温度特性,控制施工过程.

Abstract:By site and laboratory tests,regularity of temperature variation and the relationship between temperature and density(air void) were analyzed.The results indicate that temperature segregation usually occurs during the construction,and temperature segregation can cause isolated areas of low density and large air void which may result in reduced fatigue life and moisture damage;the infrared thermograph and penetration thermometer can map the thermal characteristics of the entire mat surface,and the technology can be used during construction,which would enable the contractor to remedy problems immediately once they occur.
