钩舌结构分析及优化设计

摘    要:为了研究重载列车钩舌的运用可靠性,减少钩舌表面的裂纹,运用ANSYS软件对钩舌进行弹塑性分析,找出其薄弱环节;在此基础上以Hypermesh/Optistruct为拓扑优化平台对薄弱环节进行优化设计,将得到的优化结果与优化前相比较,表明优化后钩舌的应力分布明显改善,质量明显降低,为新型钩舌的研制开发提供参考。

Abstract:For researching on the reliability of coupler knuckle,elasticity and plasticity analysis of coupler knuckle was completed by using software ANSYS. After that,the new coupler knuckle structure was created depending on technique feasibility and topological optimization results by using Hypermesh/Optistruct software. Comparing with original structure,the stress distribution was improved remarkably,and the mass was decreased Absolutely.
