| 摘 要： | 比较了目前高速公路电子收费系统中各种通行券的优缺点，提出了一种全新的基于专用网络传输通行券的收费系统新模式，阐述该新收费模式的工作原理和特点，分析了该模式的可行性，设计了一个实用的高可用性专用网络方案，最后给出了新模式的过渡实施方法。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the advantages and shortcomings between several pass tickets used in current expressway electronic toll collection systems, puts forward a new toll collection system mode based on virtual pass ticket transmitted through private network. The principle and virtues of the new mode are described. Its feasibility is analyzed in detail, and a high availability private network scheme is designed. Finally, some stepwise implementation ways are provided. |
