超薄磨耗层技术在沈丹高速公路养护中的应用

超薄磨耗层技术是近年来发展起来的一种沥青路面预防性养护形式,主要适用于交通量大、路面性能要求高的高等级路面的养护,具有耐磨、抗滑、降噪、经济适用等特点,且施工简单、快捷、耐久性好。从材料的选择、配合比的设计、施工的工艺等方面介绍了超薄磨耗层技术在我省沈丹高速公路预防性养护中的应用情况。

Application of Ultra- thin Wearing Course Technology in Maintenance of Shendan Expressway

Ultra-thin wearing course technology is a preventive maintenance form of asphalt pavement that has developed recently.It is mainly used in the maintenance of high-grade pavement with large traffic volume and requiring demanding pavement properties which is not only wear-resistant,skid-resisting,noise reducing and affordable,but also with the advantages of easy and rapid construction and good durability.The application of ultra-thin wearing course technology in the preventive maintenance of Shendan Expressway in our province is introduced from the aspects of material selection,mix design and construction technology.
