力矩电机在堆取料机行走驱动中的应用研究

Research on Application of Torque Motor in Travelling Gear of Stacker-Reclaimer

The driving gears in the large machinery equipments in port are generally consisted of rotating motors and reducer gearbox or hydraulic system, which have the disadvantages of more intermediate conversion links, more failure points, heavy maintenance work, and high energy consumption, etc. Torque motor as a new type of driven component has the advantages of zero transmission, high precision and high efficiency. Making application of the torque motor in travelling gear of the port stacker - reclaimer, the currently used driving system can be simplified greatly, the maintenance work will be reduced, and the non fault rate of the machines will be improved.
