| 摘 要： | "双元制"成人高等职业教育是近年来在浙江省职业技术教育改革实践中逐渐发展起来的一种新型人才培养方式,结合浙江交通职业技术学院两个成人"双元制"专业,积极探索校企合作培养高技能人才的"双元"教学模式,为同类高职院校提供一种可以借鉴的思路。
