柴油机曲轴皮带轮转动惯量的限值研究

摘    要:柴油机曲轴轴系的扭转振动是关系到发动机可靠性的一项重要指标,而安装在曲轴前端的动力输出皮带轮的转动惯量会严重影响这一指标,因此有必要对其限值进行研究。通过对康明斯B/C系列柴油机曲轴轴系进行的强迫扭振计算,给出了附加的动力输出皮带轮转动惯量的限值,分析了常见的影响因素,提出了在曲轴前端增加动力输出皮带轮的建议。

Abstract:Torsional vibration of diesel engine crankshaft system is a significant characteristic related to engine reliability,and moment of inertia of power output pulley installed on front end of crankshaft has a strong impact on the characteristic,so it is necessary to do research for the limit. This paper describes forced torsional vibration calculation of Cummins B/C series engine crankshaft system,limit of moment of inertia of power output pulley installed on front end of crankshaft,familiar influencing factor and suggestion of installing power output pulley to front end of crankshaft.
