| 摘 要： | 本文通过对32例随访散发性脑炎病人76份脑电图的分析,提出散发性脑炎病人的脑电图变化与临床转归密切相关,约83.87%表现为相平行的关系,且临床好转先于脑电图好转。认为在当前散发性脑炎尚无确切的诊断标准、无特异性病原学检查方法的情况下,随访中多次描记脑电图对散发性脑炎转归、预后的判断及回顾性诊断不失为简便而有意义的方法。

| Abstract: | The present paper analyses 76 cases of electronencephalography of 32 followed-up patients with sporadic encephalitis, The electronencephalographic changes are closely correlated with the patients' clinical outcomes, About 83.87% of the cases parallel with one another. But the clinical improvements occur prior to the EEG changes, There are still no reliable clinical diagnostic criteris and specific etiologic methods to diagnose the disease, It is thought that performing EEG repeatedly during the follow-up of patients is the simplest but significant way to ascertain prognosis, outcomes and retrospective diagnosis for this disease. |
