摘    要:对CJW-3000Ⅲ型轮对荧光磁粉探伤机在紫外辐照度检测过程中全轴各部位的紫外辐照度分布不均匀和轮轴微机控制超声波自动探伤机误判率较高的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的措施.

Abstract:The uneven distribution of UV Irradiance on the full axle in the course of the UV Irradiance detection by the CJW-3000III fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detector for wheelsets as well as the fairly high error rate of the computer-controlled supersonic automatic flaw detector for wheelsets is analyzed.And relevant measures are put forward.
