测深仪换能器坞内工程质量管理剖析

Analysis to quality management of the docking repair project of transducer of echo sounder

The repair project of transducer of echo sounder in dry dock is a critical process. Once the trans- ducer is failure, it can＇t be repaired until the ship comes into a shipyard. Through analysis of the case of transduc- er＇s failure during docking repair before, we can find out the reason of common fault of transducer. Some measures and adviees to enhance the quality management are given for repair project of transducer in dry dock, which is in- structional to the work for transducer＇s project of docking repair.
