氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液治疗呼吸道感染30例临床疗效观察

为了进一步了解氧氟沙星的临床效果及其副作用，应用氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液治疗呼吸道感染性疾病30例，并与头孢唑啉钠进行了随机对照，结果显示其有效率为80％，细菌阴转率为80％，与头孢唑啉钠治疗结果近似（P＞0．05），但起效时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。除一过性转氨酶升高外未见明显的毒副作用。说明氧氟沙星是一种广谱、高效、低毒的抗菌素，在临床上可广泛推广使用。

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE TREATMENT OF 30 CASES OF RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION WITH OFLOXACIN

In order to gain a better understanding of the clinical effect and side-effect of ofloxacin,the authors used it in the experimental group of 30patients with respiratory tract infection, and cefazolinum natricum in the control group. The resultshowed that the effective rate was 80%, and the bacteria negative rate was 80%, which were similar to the effect of cefazolinum natricum treatment (P>0.05), and the onset time of being effective in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0. 05). Apart from a transient increase of transaminase level in some cases, there were no toxic effect and the other obvious side-effects. This experiment proved that ofloxacin was a broad-spectrium, highly effective and low toxic antibiotics, which can be widely disseminated in clinic.
