摘    要:在自升式钻井平台或者生活平台上,发电机冷却水散热器控制都采用开环控制,缺点是耗能高,经济性能比较差。为了解决传统控制方案的问题,根据模糊控制原理,设计一种模糊控制器,用于控制自升式平台发电机冷却水散热器的风机转速。介绍模糊控制器的设计过程,包括模糊控制器输入输出接口设计,模糊化设计方法,模糊规则的制定,模糊清晰化方法,离线控制表的制定。并通过自升式平台应用,验证该模糊控制器的运行效果。结果表明该方法非常适用于自升式平台发电机冷却水控制。

Abstract:On jack-up drilling platforms or accommodation platforms, the control for engine cooling water radiator adopts open loop control, which has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and poor economic performance. In order to solve the problem of conventional control scheme, according to the principle of fuzzy control, a fuzzy controller is designed to control the fan speed of cooling water radiator of jack-up platform generator. This paper introduces the design process of fuzzy controller, including the design of input and output interface of fuzzy controller, fuzzy design method, establish of fuzzy rules, fuzzy defuzzification and formulation of fuzzy off-line control table. Through the application of jack-up platform, the operation effect of the fuzzy controller is verified. The results show that this method is very suitable for engine cooling water control of jack-up platform.
