浮式钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统可靠性评价方法

摘    要:为准确评估浮式钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统的可靠性,保障钻井船安全高效作业,综合运用AHP法、灰关联分析法和模糊理论,研究浮式钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统可靠性评价方法。根据浮式钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统的作业特点和功能要求,建立浮式钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统可靠性综合评价指标体系;为更准确地获得各评价指标的权重,在统筹考虑主观赋权法和客观赋权法的优缺点的基础上,综合运用AHP和灰关联度法,确定各评价指标的综合权重;基于模糊综合评价理论,构建一种浮式钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统可靠性综合评价方法。应用结果表明:该评价法原理简单,使用方便,为科学评价钻井船钻柱升沉补偿系统可靠性提供了一种新的有价值的参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of reliability evaluation of drill string heave compensation system for floating drilling ship and ensure theSSsafety of floating drilling ship, the reliability assessment method of drill string heave compensation system was studied by integrating analytic hierarchy process,grey relational analysis and fuzzy theory. According to the characteristics of drill string heave compensation system for floating drilling ship, the comprehensive evaluation indexes system of the reliability of drill string heave compensation system was established. Then in order to obtain the precise weight of the indexes,the synthetical weigh model was established based on analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis.Furthermore, a reliability assessment method of drill string heave compensation system was established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.The results show that the method is easy to use and can provide new valuable references for the researchers in the related fields.
