摘    要:针对船闸中使用频繁的工作闸门的大修加固问题,依托杭州三堡一线船闸大修工程,进行原型观测和评估,并采用有限元计算软件ANSYS建立工作闸门的数值分析模型,基于不同工况下的水位组合,得出工作闸门合理的加固方案。结果表明,加固后的主梁应力满足材料的容许应力要求;平面提升门在水位组合工况下,满足强度、刚度和稳定性要求。计算结果可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of overhaul and reinforcement of working gates which are frequently used in ship lock,relying on the overhaul project of Sanbao first ship lock in Hangzhou,we carry out prototype testing and evaluation,and establish a numerical analysis model of working gates by using finite element software ANSYS.Based on the combination of water levels under different working conditions,we obtain a reasonable reinforcement scheme of working gates.The results show that the stress of the strengthened main beam satisfies the allowable stress requirement of the material.The strength,stiffness and stability of the plane lifting gate can satify the requirements under the combined working condition of water level.The calculation results can provide references for the similar projects.
