| 摘 要： | 作为现代服务业的一部分,航运金融的发展顺应了经济增长方式转变和结构转型的战略方向,也是巩固上海航运枢纽地位和提高核心竞争力的重要保证。与发达国家或地区相比,中国的航运金融业起步较晚,规模较小,缺乏先发优势,因此在集聚航运金融资源和提升航运金融服务层级时,面临的最大障碍就是体系的不健全和制度安排与国际通行标准的脱节。思考和研究具有长远战略性的上海航运金融体系建设和制度创新是当务之急。

Development of Shanghai shipping finance System construction and regulation innovation |

| Abstract: | As a part of modem service industry, shipping finance will play an important role in building Shanghai international shipping center. Compared with developed countries, shipping finance of China had a late start and small scale. The biggest obstacle is imperfect system and the disjointed regulation, when we centralize finance resource and promote shipping service level. So the urgent affair is to construct long-term strategic Shanghai shipping finance system and innovate the regulation. |
