On Opening of New Stage of Students' Leagues Administration in View of Their Legal Status

As an important part of the Youth League, the students' leagues are now the important carriers and appoaches to the campus cultural construction, comprehensive ability education and the education of ideology. This aticle, from the point of the students' leagues legal status, sets to discuss the concerned problems of the Leagues so to open the new stage of their future administration, and to defend the interests of the university, the leagues and their members under the defence of the law, which is quite important to the administration and directing of the Leagues.
