| 摘 要： | 在交通事故处理过程中，有时会涉及到驾乘关系的确定。本案例结合车体的变形痕迹特征、事故现场的轮胎痕迹及其他现场痕迹，运用动力学基本理论再现事故过程，同时结合人体的损伤特征，分析确定事故发生时的事故车驾驶员。此方法将事故过程再现与法医学鉴定结合起来，大大提高了鉴定意见的客观性和科学性。

| Abstract: | Verifying driver is needed in traffic accident at some time.The course of traffic accident has been reproduced using dynamics theory according with deformed trace of vehicle and tire trace and so on.At same time,the driver in the traffic accident has been verified according the human body damage.The objectivity and science of identification views has been improved when the course of traffic accident reproduced is combined with forensic medicine. |
