摘    要:对比分析目前已有的几种混合动力BSG系统结构及其各自特点,以提高整车燃油经济性为目标,对BSG系统基本工作原理及各种工况下与发动机配合输出的扭矩分配关系进行了研究;提出了基于功率分析及车辆需求的BSG系统设计方案。基于本文设计的低压BSG系统已经应用于长城某轻混样车中,实际应用效果良好。

Abstract:The structures and characteristics of several present hybrid BSG systems are contrasted and analyzed. The working principle and its torque distribution relation with engine output under various working conditions are studied to improve its fuel economy. A design project of BSG system based on power analysis and vehicle requirements is proposed. A Iow-vohage BSG system based on this design has been used on a sample light vehicle of Great Wall and it verifies good application effect.
