| Abstract: | This paper mainly describes the technical parameters of the two-dimensional vision lens and their mutual calculation correlation,the working principle of the vision system correction,how to choose the technical parameters of the vision lens,and the composition of the intelligent vision device and the logical control correlation of image data conversion.Based on the application features of vision technology and the actual demand of automotive interiors production,various intelligent devices are developed independently,such as intelligent visual inspection device,automatic visual-assisted correction device,etc.,which can improve the accuracy of inspection operations and execution of automation device compared with the traditional manual operations. |
