摘    要:半潜式起重平台的快速排载系统中空压机组为工频和阶梯式集群运行方式,对其进行变频改造和集群控制策略的仿真优化研究,挖掘节能潜力,具有重要意义。在对快速排载系统的工作原理进行介绍并建立其数学模型的基础上,提出空压机自适应模糊PID变频控制策略和工-变频联合的集群控制方案,建立快速排载系统仿真模型并设计了典型工况仿真实验。仿真结果表明在保证平台安全作业的时间约束前提下,所提出的控制策略能够实现快速排载系统节能运行。

Abstract:Air-compressor group of the semi-submersible lifting platform''s fast de-ballast system adopts the power frequency and stair-like cluster operation mode. It is of great significance to carry out simulation optimization research on frequency conversion transformation and cluster control strategy to explore energy saving potential. Based on the introduction of the working principle of the fast de-ballast system and the establishment of its mathematical model, the adaptive fuzzy PID frequency conversion control strategy of the air compressor and the cluster control scheme of the combination of fixed-frequency and variable-frequency are proposed. The simulation model of fast de-ballast system is built and simulation experiment is designed. The result shows that the proposed control strategy can realize the energy-saving operation of fast de-ballast system under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the platform.
