特种专用滑阀设计技术研究

摘    要:
本文根据运行工况对流量的实际要求,提出了船用大型液压升降系统流量控制滑阀的设计准则,分析了滑阀主体结构,推导出阀口面积的计算公式,编制了阀口面积的计算程序,开展了阀口结构数值仿真优化设计,结合样件研制及试验,对比分析了专用滑阀的实际流量控制效果与理论分析值,最终形成了一套适用于大型液压升降系统流量控制专用滑阀阀口设计的理论,可为后续工程优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:
According to the actual flow requirement of working condition, the design principle of the flow control spool valve used in the marine large hydraulic lifting system is proposed and the main structure of the spool valve is analyzed in this paper. The formulas to calculate the orifice area are deduced and the corresponding computational program is worked out. Meanwhile, optimal design on the parameters of the orifice structure by numerical simulating is in progress. On the basis of prototype manufacture and experiment, the effect on the flow control in actual engineering by contrast with the result of theoretical analysis is considered in this paper. Finally,the design theory on orifice of the flow control special spool valve used in the large hydraulic lifting system is formed. This design theory can provide references for optimal design in subsequent actual project.
