适应低碳城市需求的出租车调度问题研究

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,城市出租车、小汽车日益增多,城市交通温室气体增多。通过分析出租车现行的巡游运营方式,指出该方式不适应低碳城市需求,而应选择出租车调度运营方式。参考国外经验,提出出租车调度运营问题的解决方案以及该方案所涉及的主要技术,并进一步分析方案实施后的预期效果。

Taxi Dispatch for Low Carbon City Demand

The number of taxis and cars is increased and the amount of greenhouse gas is augmented with the urban economy growth.It is indicated by analysis that the taxi actual work mode of patrolling along street is not fit for the demand of low carbon city,and the taxi dispatched mode should be chosen.The scheme and its main technology of taxi dispatched work are put forward by taking the experience of overseas for reference,and the anticipated effects of taxi dispatched running are analyzed.
