从＂线-点＂两个角度探讨城市道路交通项目规划与建设的若干问题,结合新城区道路交通规划实例,提出＂线-点＂城区道路交通规划技术路线,同时分析该交通规划的线系统和点系统之间的关联,最后对项目的线系统和点系统进行具体介绍,把规划思路落实到项目规划层面,验证了该方法的可实施性,可为同类项目提供参考。
