| Abstract: | The quality of general estimate and budget of engineering is closely related to the accuracy and rationality of the use of national construction fund. The staff programming the design estimate and construction budget should follow the work process and grasp the emphasis. It is an effective means to ensure the program of general estimate and budget. Therefore scientific quantity calculation without repetition and omission is the basis of programming general estimate and budget. |
