| 摘 要： | 借鉴多年在香港铁路运营领域的工作实践,对于地铁乘务管理系统的核心任务和内容进行阐述,同时对京港地铁运营管理中使用的多个IT运营系统进行介绍.阐明列车司机的日常管理是轨道交通运营管理的一个重要组成部分,随着当前国内各城市轨道交通建设速度的加快,运营管理部门建立一套有效的乘务管理系统,显得尤为重要.
