城轨交通车辆走行部故障自动诊断技术应用

摘    要:分析城轨交通车辆走行部关键机械部件的常见故障,介绍走行部车载故障诊断系统。基于广义共振和共振解调的故障自动诊断技术,结合城轨车辆运营维修应用的特点,不仅能准确提取微弱机械故障的冲击信息,还能对走行部轴承、齿轮、踏面等关键部件的故障实现早期预警和分级报警。实际应用结果表明,该系统可保障车辆的运行安全并提高走行部的检修效率,是运营管理部门的一种技术创新。

Abstract:The paper analyses common mechanical faults of rail transit vehicle bogies,introduces an onboard fault diagnosis system for rail transit vehicle bogies,which is based on generalized resonance and demodulated resonance technology and automatic fault diagnosis technology according to vehicles’ operation and maintenance characteristics.The system can exactly detect weak fault shock wave of machine and conduct on-line safety monitoring and incipient fault forecast as well as accurate alarm for bearings,gears and wheel-treads.Application indicated that this system can insure the safety of vehicles and increase maintenance efficiency,and is a technical innovation of rail transit.
