| Abstract: | The paper states that the traditional dam affects on drain flood of river course and causes an improtant loss,so it explores a new irrigation diversion mode and its intension and test effect.At the same time,it points out the occurrence of this kind of mode opens the new road for the irrigation engineering design in Fushun area. |
