我国地铁融资现状及建议

阐述在当前地铁大发展时期我国地铁建设、运营的资金筹措现状,以及当前我国地铁融资的几种模式,如PPP模式、BT模式、BOT模式等。通过分析香港地铁盈利的原因,对我国地铁管理模式的引进提出一些看法和建议：为使地铁盈利,在引进全新的管理模式时,应考虑怎样才能使之更好地本土化,以达到最佳效果;高效的运营管理是盈利的一个重要原因,但盈利模式还要根据地铁所处城市的具体情况来合理规划;先进的管理理念在国内复制,首先要有科学、合理、可行的操作方案和认真、细致、深入的工作,才能使PPP模式在国内地铁行业成功应用。
