用边界元法研究排气消声器的消声特性

摘    要:利用三维边界元数学模型对消声结构传递损失进行了仿真计算。在试验验证简单扩张腔的传递损失计算模型的基础上,采用边界元法探讨了排气消声器的传递损失及其提高消声性能应抑制的频率点,为进一步改进指出了可能性。研究表明,利用边界元法进行排气消声器的三维仿真分析,可以用于指导实际产品的设计与改进。

Abstract:With the three dimensional boundary element mathematical model.simulation of transmission loss of the muffling structure is carried out.Based on experimental verification of the transmission loss calculation model of expansion cavity.transmission loss of exhaust mufflers and the frequency to be restrained for improvement of muffling performance are discussed with the boundary element method.and possibility of further improvement is pointed out.It is shown that the three dimensional simulation and analysis with the boundary element method can be applied to design and improvement of actual mufflers.
