| 摘 要： | 对２４例胃食管反流性胸痛患者的食管测压分析，显示可出现食管下扩约肌静止压及食管上扩约肌静止压异常升高、体部高幅蠕动或蠕动紊乱等不同类型的食管运动障碍。表明胃食管反流性胸痛的发生与这种食管的运动障碍有关。对其发生机理及临床特点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | cases of gastroesophageal reflux patients with chest pain were studied by manometric.The result showed that different kinds of esophageal mobility disorders could appear,such as abnormal increasing of lower esophageal sphincter pressure and upper esophageal sphincter pressure,high-amplitude peristaltic or dyskinesia of the esophageal body.It indicates that the chest pain of gastroesophageal reflux correlates with thls esophageal mobility disorder.And we also discuss the mechanism of the chest pain and clinical characters of these patients. |
