摘    要:研究石屑中石粉及其含量对混凝土性能影响,并通过XRD、TG、SEM技术分析了其作用机理。结果表明,石粉含量在24%范围内,其含量越高,混凝土强度越高,抗冻、抗渗性越好;石屑混凝土的收缩变形、碳化和钢筋锈蚀性能与普通混凝土相当。石屑中石粉的填充效应、晶核效应、活性效应、吸水效应和形态效应的共同作用,改善了石屑混凝土的性能。

Abstract:The effect of stone powder contained in artificial sand on the concrete performance was studied in this paper.The results showed that the higher the stone powder content within the limit less than 24%,the higher of the concrete strength and the better of frost resistance and impermeability;and the carbonation and steel corrosion properties of stone-chip concrete were not worse than those of ordinary concrete.Furthermore,the acting mechanism was researched by XRD, TG and SEM.It is believed that the effects of filling,nuclei,shape,sopping up and activity of stone powder would improve the performances of concrete.
