对新时期加强基层党组织建设的思考

党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,是党联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是党领导和执政的重要基础。党的十七届四中全会对党的基层组织建设做出了明确部署,新的历史条件下,要本着以推动发展为中心、以服务群众为根本、以凝聚人心为关键、以促进和谐为保障的角度来推进党的基层组织建设,把党的组织优势转化为推动科学发展的强大力量。
