自适应水平推力控制技术的原理及应用

摘    要:传统的水平推力传递装置无法自动适应推力杆长度的变化,预加推力或使用千斤顶调整推力会使装置变得复杂或使被推结构产生附加内力。从主动适应变形的角度出发提出一种自适应水平推力控制技术,在保持推力杆推力稳定的同时自动适应由收缩、徐变或温度等因素引起的推力杆长度的变化,并对该技术的原理和设计方法进行了详细的讨论。在纬一桥的应用实例表明:自适应水平推力控制技术可以克服传统水平推力传递装置的上述不足。该技术无需千斤顶等外部设备,可适用于永久性结构。

Abstract:Traditional strut for horizontal force delivery cannot adapt to the variation of strut length automatically.Pre-compression or adjustment with jack either complex the structure of strut or induce additional internal force in the supported structure.From the point of deformation adaption,an self-adaptive horizontal force control technique,which can adapt automatically to the variation of strut length induced by shrinkage,creep or temperature,is proposed in this paper.Principle and design method of this technique are discussed in detail.The application in Weiyi Bridge shows that the self-adaptive horizontal force control technique can overcome the shortcomings of traditional supporting strut mentioned above.This technique is independent of external device such as jack and is applicable to permanent structure.
