| 摘 要： | 运用对比分析法评价了SBS改性沥青以及掺加3种阻燃剂后阻燃改性沥青及其混合料的性能。采用极限氧指数、烟密度、烟气毒性分级、闪点、燃点等5种试验评价了4种胶结料的阻燃性能;采用常规指标和PG分级试验评价了4种胶结料的路用性能;采用车辙、冻断、冻融劈裂残留强度比、四点弯曲梁疲劳等4种试验评价了4种改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果证明:掺加LK阻燃剂的阻燃沥青ZR-A各方面性能更优,并得到实体工程的验证。

| Abstract: | The performances of SBS modified asphalt,three kinds of flame-retarded asphalts added into flame retardants and the mixtures are evaluated using contrastive analysis method.The five kinds of tests for determining limited oxygen index,smoke density and smoke toxicity grade,flash point and ignition point are used to evaluate the flame-retarded properties of four kinds of binders mentioned above.And common index and PG test are used to evaluate the binders’ road performances.And tests of rutting,frost-break,freezing-thaw and freeze-thaw split four-point bending beam fatigue are used to evaluate mixtures’ road performances.The test results show that the flame-retarded asphalt into which LK flame retardant is added has better performances than other asphalts on the aspects mentioned.And their performances are proved by practice. |
