| 摘 要： | 物流配送中心的选址对物流系统的运营效率起着至关重要的作用。针对单一物流配送中心选址，提出了单一物流配送中心选址的原则，介绍了单一物流配送中心选址的程序、方法，并对选址影响因素做了分析，最后总结了选址时应该注意的问题。
