沥青胶浆路用性能研究

摘    要:通过沥青胶浆试验,研究不同粉胶比、不同基质沥青制作的沥青胶浆的高低温性能变化规律。通过研究得出:在沥青混合料设计时,提高粉胶比可以显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性,降低粉胶比可以提高沥青混合料的低温抗裂性,采用合理的粉胶比,则可以保证沥青混合料高温性能与低温性能的平衡。随着沥青标号的增大,沥青的高低温性能受粉胶比的影响越大。

Abstract:This article studied the high and low temperature road use performances of asphalt lime powder mixtures with different bitumen bases added with different amounts of lime powder by penetration test and creep test.The tests show that to increase the lime powder the asphalt mixture will have better high temperature performance and that to reduce the lime powder the mixture will have better low temperature performance.Therefore,to properly select the rational amount of lime powder is important to ensure trade off between high and low temperature performances.The tests also show that the lime powder content has more effects on bitumen with higher grade than that with low grade.
