Ship Body Deformations and their Measurement Techniques

Starting from the influence of ship body deformation on the measuring equipment, we discussed the reasons of deformation and the necessity of measurement to the deformed ship body, and then introduced deformation measuring methods we used now, such as the big steel pipe reference method and some new ones we put forward recently, such as the pose relay videometrics method with camera-series. Finally we probed into the development trend of the measuring technology for ship body deformation.
