基于大货车制动性能的山区高速公路坡度坡长限制研究

摘    要:利用山区高速公路实地制动鼓测温试验的数据,对美国GSRS中的制动鼓温度预测模型进行修正,并以此模型为基础,推导大货车下坡时,其制动鼓温度与坡度、坡长、车重、车速的关系,进而算出坡度坡长限制,保证大货车制动鼓温度不超过其安全温度,以期降低大货车在山区高速公路制动失效的几率,为更安全的山区高速公路纵断面设计提供参考。

Abstract:The GSRS's temperature prediction model of the brake drum is modified by the brake drum's temperature data measured in the field test on mountain-expressway.Based on the modified model,the relationship between the temperature of large trucks' brake drum and longitudinal slope,slope length,vehicle weight,vehicle speed is deduced.With this relationship,that the longitudinal slope and slope length limit guaranteeing the brake drum's temperature are no higher than its safety-temperature is figured out.This limi...
