公路旅客运输高峰定价研究

摘    要:在客运高峰期。运输对象对运能的需求急剧上升,运输部门要投入比平时更多的运输能力,导致其它运输时间段运能的闲置。造成旅客运输企业资源的浪费.增加了运输企业的营运成本。以边际成本定价理论为依据,对公路旅客运输高峰期运价进行研究,并将研究成果应用到四川省公路旅客运输高峰期运价制定实际中。

Abstract:In the passenger transportation high peak,as the transport object's need for carrying capacity is increasing dramatically,the transport department has to invest much more transport capacity than usual,thus leading to the idleness of carrying capacity during other time segment,the waste of passenger transport enterprise resource and the operation cost of transport enterprise.Based on the theory of marginal cost pricing,research is made on the tariff of passenger transport in the high peak,and applied those research result into the tariff of passenger transport in the high peak of Sichuan province.
