摘    要:利用有限元法对客车进行了动态特性分析,研究了发动机激励对客车振动的影响。建立客车有限元模型,对整车进行了自由状态下的模态分析;在模态分析的基础上进行谐波响应分析,分别考虑发动机垂向和横向激励2种工况,研究发动机输出的简谐力引起的车身位移响应,以考察车身各部位的振动情况。

Abstract:Dynamic properties of the coach are analyzed based on finite element method and the effect of engine exciting force on the coach vibration is researched.The finite element model for the coach is established,and the free-state modal analysis of the coach is carried out.Harmonic response is analyzed based on the modal analysis,considering separately the vertical and horizontal excitation of the engine operating conditions.The vibration of various parts of the coach is studied through displacement response of the body caused by the harmonic power of engine.
